  • Mood: Mortified
  • Listening to: 1349
  • Reading: the colour of magic/the light fantastic
  • Watching: south park
  • Drinking: ale
counting down the days before redundancy and economic uncertainty kick in... sigh... on the one hand i'm desperate to leave, work really sucks right now (as i'm sure you can imagine), but on the other i'm not looking forward to losing the ol' comfort zone...

still, i must view this as an opportunity to do something better/useful with my life... teaching is a definite option, but if you have any (sensible) suggestions I'll gladly hear them...

i plan on making use of my enhanced free time to be more creative - to write, principally, and that will help my battered soul... ;) [in point of fact, i'm planning a re-work of wolfsbane in order to plot out a much broader story arc, the idea being to have a series of linked short stories...]
